Do you want to get rid of your excessive tummy fat, but don't understand how to begin? You can guarantee that you aren't alone. A lot of people wish they could get a flat stomach within weeks, but they just don't understand that it is not achievable in that time frame. But don't despair. Following are a number of simple rules that will help you to achieve your dream of a ripped stomach fairly quickly, easily, and not to mention safely. Using the plan below, no matter your physique, you are very capable of developing a flat stomach in less than 12 months.
There are generally four steps that will help you get that ripped stomach you want:
1. Change your diet to low GI foods. (you can Google this)
2. Remove a large amount of the fatty and or fried foods from your diet.
3. Develop an exercise regime. (Even walking is ok to start, but walk further as time goes by, and add other exercises as well)
4. Drink a reasonable amount of water a day.
What a lot of us don't fully understand is that doing exercises like sit-ups by itself will not ensure you achieve a flat stomach. Sit-ups can certainly help tone a loose tummy, but any time you really get belly fat tissue, your first step should be losing excess weight. So what did you have for breakfast this morning? If you're like the majority of people, you probably got up late, didn't have time and picked up some fast food on the way to work, or even worse, nothing. If this is the case you need to seriously examine your diet. Making an eating plan isn't hard, but sometimes choosing the food to eat is. Just remember that cheating within your diet is only cheating yourself. If your intent is to flatten your stomach, you should be serious about what you eat. Start by simply eating more, but small amounts. You must be eating around 4-6 times per day. Make sure to make just about every meal healthy and balanced. Balanced implies including a new generous variety of whole grains, strong proteins, and a little fat coming from a healthy base (including olive fat).
Here are some 7 more tips for you:
1. Make sure you eat before you do the food shopping. This will cut down on spontaneous buying.
2. Only eat breads with whole grain, no more white bread.
3. Add Basmati rice, this is the only low GI rice, which means that your body will not process the carbohydrates quickly.
4. Do NOT remove your favourite foods from your diet. You want to improve your abdomen, but it shouldn't feel like you are being tortured when you are deciding what to eat. Cut down the size of the portions.
5. Do not drink high sugar fizzy drinks. If you can cut them out, you will drop 5kilograms or more in the first 3 weeks from this alone. Zero sugar versions are OK, but you still get bloating by filling your stomach with any fizzy drink.
6. Drink water. Lots if you can, but you can add sliced lemon, or celery, or lime to the water if plain water isn't to your taste.
7. Dark chocolate is ok to eat, sweets full of sugar aren't.
The next step with respect to a flat stomach is usually exercising. Health experts recommend going jogging or swimming, or doing yoga, Pilates or Zumba. But not everyone can do these, some of us feel too self conscious to exercise in front of others, so why don't you just have a walk. Exercise around three hours 7 days. Remember that to achieve a flatter stomach you need to exercise regularly, but hey, you are in control, so never over exercise. If you can get into the habit of exercising regularly, then your metabolism will increase and your body will burn fat faster. You've made a terrific start, and you happen to be well along to developing a beautiful, chiseled, flat tummy. Don't become discouraged. I did all of the above, then added The Flex Belt to my exercise regime. I looked at low cost exercise machines, but the flex belt was still cheaper. On top of that, when my back was too sore and I couldn't exercise for 4 weeks, I could still use the flex belt, which meant that my AB's were getting an amazing workout, even when I was sitting down at home. This had to be, without exception, the biggest step I took to getting a flatter stomach, with noticeable AB's. If you want to check it out, have a look at the web site below.
