Increasing fiber intake to your diet is also another way to lose stomach fat. Nevertheless, when you increase your fiber intake, you have to make sure that the increase is gradually since our digestive system takes time to adapt to a high fiber diet.

And most importantly, it is of greatest importance to combine a balanced diet with regular exercises. You have to be consistent with your exercise because a 15 - 25 minute exercise a day helps in keeping your metabolism at its optimum best and promotes fat burning. It also helps in converting the calories in your body into energy.
