By accepting responsibility, you empower yourself and eliminate excuses and the reasons why you can't. The truth is, you probably already have and know everything you will ever need to lose weight and reach your weight loss goals. The only factor that will determine weather or not you succeed is you. Are you going to be committed and accept the responsibility or aren't you. At the end of the day, weather or not you lose weight is up to you. Change your mindset, make the commitment, take the responsibility to do what needs to be done and you will reach your goals.
